In EBSCOadmin, how do I set up Browse Options on the basic search screen of EBSCO interfaces?

For some EBSCO interfaces, such as the Business Searching Interface (BSI), Browse Options appear on both Basic and Advanced Search, but can only be customized for Basic Search. You can now display any (or all) of the Browse Options listed below.

To set the order of browse options on Basic Search:
  1. Log in to EBSCOadmin at http://admin.ebscohost.com.

  2. Click Customize Services>Searching. Select a Business Searching profile.

  3. To the right of Browse Options, click the Modify link.

  4. In the Order column, enter the order number for each browse option.

    • Industry Profiles
    • Country Reports
    • Market Research Reports

  5. In the Show column, mark the check boxes for each browse option that should appear on Basic Search. If you uncheck all browse options, no browse options will display on the bottom half of Basic Search.

  6. Click Submit. Your changes are saved.
